The Med Sea Alliance is seeking an experienced facilitator, or a team with proven facilitation expertise, to lead the update of its collective campaign strategy ahead of the Alliance’s milestone 2030 targets. The consultant(s) will work closely with the MSA Coordination Team and members to review the existing strategy, gather targeted input, facilitate discussions at the October 2025 Alliance meeting in Barcelona, and deliver a refined, actionable strategy for approval in December 2025.
